FOCUS

"If you're always looking back, you'll lose sight of what's ahead" ~ Dr. Wayne Scott Andersen. The past is the past! We have all had bad habits that have created limitations in our lives. When we dwell on our past habits or actions, we expend all our energy on the things that will continue to hold us back. Instead, focus on what you want, and let it pull you to your desired future.
