Patrick and I are health coaches. I am certified through the Villanova University's Center for Obesity Prevention and Education.

In addition to health coaching, I am also a teacher. I feel health coaching really combines my love of teaching and caring for others perfectly.

Patrick understands the challenges of losing weight and getting healthy as a busy man who is on the road. I understand the demands of being a busy working mom of 3 energetic children. Together we strive to make a great team helping others get healthy and living life to the fullest.

For more information on the program we are health coaches for, please feel free to contact us. Thanks for interacting with us on this blog.
