Patrick and I are health coaches. I am certified through the Villanova University's Center for Obesity Prevention and Education.

In addition to health coaching, I am also a teacher. I feel health coaching really combines my love of teaching and caring for others perfectly.

Patrick understands the challenges of losing weight and getting healthy as a busy man who is on the road. I understand the demands of being a busy working mom of 3 energetic children. Together we strive to make a great team helping others get healthy and living life to the fullest.
