Choices, choices, choices...

There are 3 basic kinds of choices.  Fundamental choices, primary, and secondary choices.


For our purposes our fundamental choice we are working toward is optimal health. (highest degree of health that is possible for you to achieve)  *All other goals should support this main general goal.

Primary choice may be have a healthy weight.

Secondary choice may be eating every 2-3 hours. *There will be other choices that also go under here, this is just ONE example.

Make sure the secondary goals are very specific and measurable.  Also, put a time limit on the goals. (this creates urgency). Most importantly, make them REASONABLE. Probably losing 100 lbs in 3 months isn't reasonable…

*If you are on the 5 and 1 plan (Option 2 of our 90 Day Transformation) it is reasonable to expect 2-5 lbs EACH WEEK the first 2 weeks and 1-2 lbs each week after that for the duration you are on plan in the weight loss phase.  (until you hit your goal)
