DeleteDana, I've already lost 3 lbs! I can't believe it. Keeping a meal journal has really helped. I thought I would be stressed about it, but I'm not!

ReplyDeleteWanted to ask... What is a good breakfast meal? I always struggle with knowing what is best to eat in the mornings. I usually pull out cereal or go for eggs and a meat. What do you suggest is best?
DeleteEgg whites are good with veggies if you are wanting something more substantial. Cereals are tricky….most are loaded with sugars. Cheerios (plain) is the best choice for cereal. I always have a Medifast Meal Replacement for breakfast because of the ease and convenience and how rushed I am getting 3 kids ready in the morning.

ReplyDeleteYou did a great job on this blog. I am learning a lot already. I liked the websites you posted for high protein, low carb snacks and meals. It will help a lot in meal planning. I have been reading the book from Dr. A and was impressed with all the information in it about eating healthier and the high glycemic/low glycemic foods and their impact on the body.

Deletesorry it has taken me a few days. But I am reading the information. A bit late, but still reading. Hope to make some lasting changes to my eating habits. I know what to do, I just haven't done it consistently.
