What Do You Want?



What is the one thing you really want at the end of this 90 days? You can have more than one, but list at least one thing you hope to get out of this.
Examples:  
I want to be down three sizes.
I want to run a 5k.
I want to play with my kids all afternoon and not be tired! 


This is your end goal! We will set and achieve smaller goals along the way that will help you get to this one!

  3. My goal is to incorporate exercise into my regular schedule. I have a very busy schedule with appointments for my kids and part time work, so my first goal is to do it 2 times a week..and hopefully add more by the end of the 90 days. Honestly, even posting the goal overwhelms me, so help me be accountable by asking me how Im doing. (Im doing this 90 day thing too!!!)

  4. My goal is to lose 5-10 pounds (and maintain it ;-), and start exercising at least 2 times per week. I already feel more energetic eating basically gluten free, so I am excited to become healthier this year. Let's plan an exercise date, Dana :-)

    1. I want to loose at least 15 lbs. and me down 2 sizes in clothes. I'd love to get off my medicine for high blood pressure and cholesterol

  5. I want to have energy consistently throughout the day, I would love to love 5-10 pounds. I want to see if eating healthy regularly will help and improve my energy level.

  6. I would love to be down 5-10 pounds but I would rather become a better meal planner and then actually cook the meals. I think doing that will help with weight loss because I won't be reaching for a bowl of cereal or fast food.

  8. I would like to continue with my path to healthy living and not only focus on how much I am losing (though I love that too.) I would like to help my 11-year old daughter lose weight because kids are so cruel to children that are overweight.

  9. I am going to aim high (cuz I have a lot of ground to cover) and say that I want to lose 50lbs. I want more energy and stop hearing myself tell my kids, No, I'm just too tired.

  10. I would like to lose 20 lbs. I would like to eat eat healthier. Foods that I think are healthy are not as healthy as I thought. Feel like I missed out in this info growing up somehow.
